Our UV lamps are synonymous with the highest quality, reliability and an exceptionally long service life. Every single UV lamp undergoes extensive quality controls to ensure consistently high performance in industrial applications.

During testing, key electrical parameters such as lamp voltage and specific power are precisely measured and evaluated. This rigorous quality assurance ensures that our UV lamps meet the highest technical standards and operate reliably even under demanding conditions.

The result: UV lamps with a service life of well over 2,500 operating hours and stable power output throughout their entire service life.

A practical comparative test confirms their performance

Even after 4,200 operating hours, a UV lamp from IST METZ demonstrated significantly higher performance compared to two competitor lamps. This underlines the high efficiency and longevity of our solutions in industrial applications.

Uncomplicated lamp change with the FLC system

Quick and easy change of UV lamps

The wireless FLC system (Fast Lamp Change) enables the UV lamps to be changed quickly and easily, minimising machine downtime. The UV lamp can be removed from the lamp unit in a few simple steps, so that the lamp can be changed in seconds. This also makes it easier to clean the lamp and reflector and ensures that the optimum radiation output is always available. HotSwap for maximum flexibility

Depending on the application, different changeover concepts enable the flexible use of UV lamp and LED UV systems. This allows the curing technology to be adapted to different production requirements, printing inks and coatings.

In narrow web printing, swap4cure provides a modular platform for UV, LED UV, IR and hot-air technology. Depending on the application, the appropriate curing or drying technology can be used within the same press concept.

For sheetfed and web printing, a changeover concept enables switching between UV lamp and LED UV systems. This allows users to select the appropriate curing technology according to their production requirements.
