The SPOTcure systems are convincing wherever short cycle times and maximum process reliability are of crucial importance. In particular, applications that require high-energy, short-wave UVC light benefit from the exceptional light output in the short-wave spectral range. The SPOTcure systems also offer maximum flexibility: you can either use them as a compact unit or integrate them seamlessly into your existing system via the integrated interface.
The SPOTCURE 01 system was specially developed for the precise curing of UV adhesives in manual joining processes. To operate the SPOTcure 01 UV system, all you need to do is press a switch on the device. The light guide has an anti-adhesive coating, so vapours or adhesives can be easily wiped off the tip of the light guide.
With an output of up to 2,000 mW, the SPOTcure 01 ensures optimum curing results. Two spectra are available in the standard version: 370 nm and 405 nm. Other spectra are available on request.
The high-power, multispectral SPOTcure 09 combines the radiant power and spectral characteristics of a mercury arc lamp with the TCO and process advantages of LED technology. Up to five high-power LEDs can be combined in the optical path in the SPOTcure 09. This enables a significantly increased radiant power level across a wide output spectrum. The LED modules can be changed easily and allow the user to adapt to changing process requirements at any time.
As a fibre-coupled light engine, the SPOTcure 09 is designed to facilitate system integration into most processes and production environments. The effective radiation is transmitted to the application area via a flexible fibre optic cable. The SPOTcure 09 does not require external water cooling, as highly efficient internal thermal management enables standalone operation. To ensure seamless interaction with all devices in your production, it offers a wide range of interfaces.
