Discover the opportunity to significantly reduce the number of lamps in high-dose applications - and create a future with less photoinitiator consumption with FREEcure. FREEcure sets new standards in UV curing and paves the way for greater efficiency and sustainability.
What makes FREEcure so unique?
The high-energy UVC light, exclusively available in the market, enables the direct cleavage of double bonds without the need for photoinitiators. Particularly for GMP applications, this system establishes new benchmarks – all without requiring inertization in a normal atmosphere.
Experience a dramatic reduction in the number of lamps needed for dose-intensive applications and be inspired by a future that demands fewer photoinitiators. FREEcure redefines the possibilities of UV curing, paving the way for a more efficient, environmentally friendly tomorrow.
Experience the benefits of our pioneering UV curing technology with FREEcure - completely without photoinitiators. FREEcure revolutionises UV printing and is therefore ideal for packaging printing applications, especially for food. In the wood and wood-based materials industry, FREEcure also ensures reduced interior emissions and a particularly scratch-resistant surface thanks to close cross-linking.
A special plus: FREEcure enables the partial or complete replacement of conventional ESH systems and therefore also the elimination of acid-curing, formaldehyde-releasing coatings. This allows you to combine performance with environmentally friendly coatings.
Freecure not only offers ecological benefits, but also saves energy as fewer UV units are required. This not only lowers energy consumption, but also reduces the need for spare parts and thus brings cost benefits for your company.

The BLK LAMPcure was developed for the highest industrial requirements. Compared to conventional UV systems, there is an extraordinary increase in drying performance with the FREEcure. This means more productivity at reduced operating costs. Based on our proven UV system BLK, a system was developed, resulting in an increased performance of more than 70% in the process relevant UVC spectral range. This was achieved by a coordinated package of measures including the following points:
